Bruce Broughton

Bruce’s remarkable work over the years
can be heard on such fine scores as
“SILVERADO”, for which he won an Oscar in 1985, and the scores for
“TOMBSTONE”, “LOST IN SPACE”,
“SHADOW CONSIRACY”, “CARRIED
AWAY”, and also for the TV Series
JAG, among his many projects. 

He received an Emmy Award for his
score for the TV Mini Series
“WARM SPRINGS”, on the life of
Franklyn Delano Roosevelt.  He is currently serving as a Governor in the
Music Branch of the Academy of
Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

This photograph of Bruce at work in his
home studio was taken during a special
“shoot” between projects, when Bruce
allowed me to photograph him at home.
